PGPPM Policy Speaks talk on ‘Serving the Tribals’ on November 11, 2016
A special talk on ‘Serving the Tribals’ has been organized by IIM Bangalore’s Post Graduate Programme in Public Policy & Management (PGPPM), to be held on November 11, 2016 (Friday), from 10 am to 11.30 am, as part of PGPPM’s event ‘Policy Speaks’, a Public Policy talk series. The talk will be delivered by Dr. H Sudarshan, social activist, and founder of Vivekananda Girijana Kalyana Kendra (VGKK).

About the speaker: Dr. Sudarshan, a recipient of Padma Shri and the Right Livelihood Award, is a social worker and a tribal rights activist. He is the Founder-Chairman of VGKK, an organization with a mission of sustainable development for tribal people through a rights-based approach towards health, education, livelihood security and biodiversity conservation.
