Neha, a student of the Post Graduate Programme in Enterprise Management (PGPEM), was selected to attend a seminar, ‘Leading with Purpose in a Networked world’ at Oxford.
The seminar was organized by Saïd Business School, in collaboration with the Aspen Institute US in Oxford, U.K.
Twenty-two selected students representing different countries and 19 different business schools explored some fundamental questions underlying leadership in a globalizing world such as how do leaders align individual and organizational values across cultures; what is the vision of a good society which honours entrepreneurial initiative, cultural integrity, and justice for all; and how might purpose, values, and justice inform the decisions that leaders make.
